- Strategic Finance : Lead project finance for Power, Solar, Wind, BESS & infra projects; & M&A.;n
- Governance & Planning : Build financial models, forecasts, MIS, and board presentations; ensure corporate governance excellence.n
- Treasury & Taxation : Oversee cash flow, hedging, forex, taxation (GST, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI compliance), audits & payroll.n
- Risk & Controls : Implement IFC, SOPs, SAP/ERP digitization, covenant compliance, and project risk assessments.n
