Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and partners,



and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, coordinating with technical and project teams, and supporting pre-bid and tender activities. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies, and maintaining accurate records to support forecasting and reporting. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align business development activities with strategic goals and ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of generating new business and managing key accounts.
Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning within engineering, construction, or infrastructure
