Sweetlime by AS is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser who is organised, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Pack customer orders carefully and ensure they are ready for dispatch on time
* Coordinate production with factories and job workers
* Send trims and materials to factories/job workers and follow up on order progress
* Maintain regular stock and inventory updates
* Use Excel to update inventory, order sheets and production information
* Check inventory across our website and third-party platforms for inconsistencies and correct them
* Coordinate with internal teams, factories, vendors and job workers to ensure smooth order flow

What We’re Looking For

* 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising,



operations or a similar role
* Comfortable using Excel for sheets, inventory and order tracking
* Highly organised with robust attention to detail
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive and willing to take ownership
* Hardworking, ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company
