About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our India team. This role will focus on Recruitment, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
The HR Manager will work closely with the India management team and HQ HR to ensure effective talent acquisition, compliant HR practices, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Develop and optimize local recruitment channels to attract qualified talent.
Ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

2. HR Compliance




Ensure HR practices and employment processes comply with applicable Indian labor laws and regulations.
Manage employment contracts, employee documentation, HR policies, and compliance records.
Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies when required.
Monitor changes in local labor laws and advise management on relevant HR compliance matters.
Support HR audits, labor inspections, and other compliance-related matters when required.

3. Employee Relations
Handle employee inquiries, concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a qualified and timely manner.
Support the resolution of employee relations matters and labor disputes in coordination with management and external advisors when required.
Provide HR advice to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and other people-related matters.
