Senior Business Analyst – ERP / Digital Transformation

Role Overview
Experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation, and ERP solution delivery across CRM, Sales, Accounting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Prepare As-Is / To-Be process flows, BRD, SDD, use cases, and process documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, Project Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Support data migration, master data validation, and source-to-target mapping.
Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
Support user training,



change management, and solution adoption.
Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements and user needs.

Required Experience & Skills
5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably ERP / Digital Transformation.
Experience in CRM, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains.
Robust Requirement Gathering, Functional Documentation & Process Mapping skills.
ERP exposure, preferably Odoo or similar.
Understanding of end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies
