Are you a semi-qualified CA / ACCA / ICWA / Management Graduate with an interest in Quality Management, Risk Management and Business Excellence?
Join as a Quality Specialist – QRM and work closely with the Quality Lead to strengthen quality control practices across the organisation.

? What You'll Do
Assist in implementing and monitoring the firm's Quality Control & Risk Management framework
Conduct file reviews, internal reviews and quality inspections
Monitor conflict checks and client acceptance/continuance processes
Document findings and coordinate with engagement teams on corrective actions
Support preparation for Peer Reviews, QRB and NFRA inspections
Assist in compiling and reporting audit quality indicators
Support training on Quality Control, Risk Management, ICAI regulations, quality standards and ethics
Maintain accurate and accessible quality and risk management documentation
Prepare MIS and dashboards on quality metrics




Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Control & Risk Management Manuals
? What We're Looking For
Semi-qualified CA / ICWA / ACCA / Management Graduate with an interest in Quality Management or Business Excellence
Quality Specialists with 2–3 years of relevant experience and certification in Quality Management
Candidates with prior Audit / Consulting experience are also relevant
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to critically review working papers and files
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Comfortable working with checklists, registers, dashboards and MIS
A quick learner with strong interest in Quality, Risk and Business Excellence
