wn Lead Engagement & Sales Conversion

Connect with leads generated through Meta, Google, Justdial, organic channels, and other sources

CRM & Performance Management

Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in the CRM

Track daily activities, conversions, and funnel performance

Ensure strong follow-up discipline and timely movement of leads through the sales funnel

i1–3 years of experie nce in sales, inside sales,



counselling, customer success, operations, or other customer-facing roles

Excelle nt spoken Tamil and Engl ish communication

Comfortable working wi th sales targets, KPIs, follow-ups, and conversion metr ics
