Key Responsibilities
Process outgoing payments and ensure accurate accounting entries and timely disbursements.
Review vehicle delivery documentation as per company policies and financial controls.
Manage banking documentation, reconciliations, correspondence, and statutory requirements.
Handle expense invoice booking and maintain proper supporting documentation.
Prepare and monitor periodic expense provisions for accurate financial reporting.
Verify insurance and body paint claims, process accounting entries, and reconcile claim recoveries.
Conduct after-sales financial reviews and support management with performance analysis.
Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, ensuring statutory compliance.




Perform vendor account reconciliation and verify claims and recoverables.
Verify OEM claims, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up for timely settlement.
Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards for business reviews.
Support month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Vendor Reconciliation and Banking Operations.
Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and financial reconciliations.
Good understanding of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and statutory compliance.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Automotive/dealership finance experience will be an added advantage.
