Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop custom business applications using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, and Power Pages/Portals.
Design and implement Power Automate workflows, including Automated Flows, Instant Flows, Business Process Flows, and UI Flows.
Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, configuration, and integration.
Create and manage Power Platform Solutions and Custom Connectors.
Provide L3 production support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution for Power Platform applications and workflows.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Follow Power Platform development,



security, governance, and deployment best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
Expertise in designing and developing custom business applications:
Canvas Apps
Model-Driven Apps
SharePoint Form Apps
Power Pages/Portals
Strong experience implementing Power Automate Flows, including:
Automated Flows
Instant Flows
Business Process Flows
UI Flows
Good hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online.
Experience creating Solutions and Custom Connectors.
Strong troubleshooting and L3 support capabilities.
Positive-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
Knowledge of Power Apps Administration and Governance.
Experience with Power BI.
Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises.
PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification is an advantage.
