Role Description The AM for Business Excellence & Technical Service Department is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhajjar. The role involves supporting the implementation of business excellence frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations and technical services.



The position includes coordinating process audits, documenting best practices, and assisting in root cause analysis for operational issues. The AM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, reliability, and safety standards, prepare analytical and management reports, and support training and change management activities related to operational excellence and technical service improvements.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business excellence, process improvement, or operational excellence, ideally within the power, energy, or heavy industry sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and reporting.
Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar), and audit or compliance processes.
