Leadzo is a qualified services marketplace that connects customers with verified service providers across multiple categories. We are building a data-driven platform focused on generating high-quality leads and helping service professionals grow their businesses.
We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage customer lifecycle communication, CRM campaigns, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other customer communication channels.
Build and manage customer journeys based on signup, engagement, lead activity, purchase, and inactivity.
Create customer segments based on user behaviour, category, location, lifecycle stage, and engagement.
Set up and optimize automated CRM workflows, drip campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, and retention journeys.




Manage email campaigns and automation using platforms such as Brevo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
Monitor campaign performance including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Product teams to improve lead conversion and customer activation.
Analyse CRM data and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Maintain CRM data quality, audience lists, tags, attributes, and customer lifecycle stages.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, CTAs, offers, and customer journeys.
Prepare regular CRM performance reports and actionable insights.
Support CRM integrations with website, analytics, marketing automation, and other business tools.

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
