Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an Assistant Manager / Senior Electrical Design Engineer.



The role involves designing and developing high voltage and high current transformer bushings and related components in line with international standards and customer specifications. The individual will prepare detailed electrical designs, calculations, and technical drawings, and support prototype development, testing, and validation. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and sales, providing technical support for customer inquiries, and contributing to customized and retrofit solutions. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, improving design processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements, and mentoring junior engineers as needed.
