Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for an IT Sales Service Manager based in Kalyan. The IT Sales Service Manager will oversee the delivery of desktop, laptop, and server support services while driving sales of IT service offerings. Daily responsibilities include engaging with current and prospective clients, understanding their IT needs, proposing suitable service packages, and coordinating technicians to ensure timely issue resolution. The role also involves managing service requests, tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in IT sales or service management, preferably in desktop, laptop, and server support environments.
