Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad
Budget: 20,000 to 28,000

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, builders, consultants, contractors, and customers for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Track projects from enquiry to completion and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare quotations, proposals, technical data sheets, samples, and sales orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order processing and project execution.
Monitor order status, material deliveries, and resolve coordination issues.
Maintain project records, customer database, MIS, and progress reports.
Organise site visits,



product demonstrations, and customer meetings as required.
Follow up on approvals, payments, work completion status, and customer feedback.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
Ensure timely communication between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Sales Coordination, or a similar role, preferably in the paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or construction industry.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
