Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across our retail and affluent customer segments. The role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable investment and wealth management solutions from the firm's product suite.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
* Acquire recent retail, affluent, HNI, and emerging HNI clients.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, events, and personal outreach.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
* Conduct client meetings and financial discussions to identify investment requirements.
Product Advisory & Cross-Selling
* Promote and distribute financial products including :
1. Equity & Derivatives Trading Accounts
2. Mutual Funds
3. PMS & AIFs
4. Fixed Income Products (Bonds, NCDs, Structured Products)
5. Global Investment Products
6. Insurance Solutions
7. Lending & NBFC Products
8.



Cross-sell relevant products based on client risk profile and financial objectives.
Relationship Management
* Develop long-term relationships with clients.
* Ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
* Coordinate with research, product, operations, and service teams for seamless client onboarding and servicing.
* Regularly review client portfolios and identify new opportunities.
Market Intelligence
* Stay updated on financial markets, economic developments, investment products, and industry trends.
* Leverage in-house research insights to support client acquisition and engagement efforts.
Compliance & Process Adherence
* Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies.
* Complete client onboarding documentation and KYC processes accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education
* MBA / PGDM (Finance, Marketing) preferred.
* CA, CFA, CFP, NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
