Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CCS Certified Fresher role based in Noida. The CCS Certified Fresher will support medical coding activities,



reviewing clinical documentation and assigning accurate ICD and CPT codes according to industry standards and organizational guidelines. The role involves ensuring coding completeness and compliance, identifying missing or unclear information, and coordinating with relevant teams to clarify documentation as needed. The individual will assist in maintaining coding quality metrics, follow standard operating procedures, and contribute to timely revenue cycle processes. The role also includes participation in training sessions, staying updated with coding regulations, and collaborating with peers and supervisors to improve workflows and coding accuracy.
Qualifications
Possess CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification and foundational knowledge of ICD and CPT coding standards.
Demonstrate understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and basic clinical concepts relevant to coding.
Show attention to detail, accuracy in data entry
