Srijan Legal Solutions Private Limited is hiring for the post of Business Development Executive for Delhi Location

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of
our organization. The role involves working closely with corporate companies to expand the firm’s client base while maintaining high professional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify and approach prospective clients, corporates, startups, and individuals requiring legal services.
• Conduct meetings and discussions with clients to understand their legal requirements and introduce
appropriate legal solutions in coordination with the legal team.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with advocates and legal teams to prepare proposals, fee structures, and engagement letters.
• Lead commercial discussions and assist in negotiation of professional fees, ensuring compliance with legal
and ethical standards.




• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and maintain accurate client records.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with skilled etiquette.
• Strong client handling, presentation, and relationship managementskills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet business targets in a professional environment.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify client needs beyond standard offerings.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a professional services
organization.
• Prior experience in handling corporate clients or B2B sales is preferred.
