Job Title: Associate - Global Sourcing & Seller Partnerships

Role Overview:
The Associate Global Sourcing & Seller Partnerships will play a critical role in building and managing Agrify’s seller network across domestic and international markets. This role involves outreach, qualification, onboarding, and coordination with exporters, farms, and trading companies to ensure a strong and reliable supply pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Seller Outreach:
Identify and connect with exporters, growers, packhouses, and aggregators through LinkedIn, email, calls, and trade directories.
Partnership Qualification:
Conduct initial discussions to assess seller capabilities, certifications, pricing, and alignment with sourcing needs.
Coordination & Follow-ups:
Manage communication between sellers and internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth deal progression.
Seller Onboarding:
Support sellers through onboarding processes including registration,



profile setup, and platform readiness.
Documentation Management:
Collect and maintain essential documents such as IEC, certifications, and agreements to ensure compliance and readiness.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide regular updates on pipeline and onboarding progress.
Market Research Support:
Assist in basic research on commodities, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in business development, sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or sales coordination (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Solid communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact across geographies
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus
Understanding of export documentation (IEC, certifications, etc.) is an advantage
