The Chance

We are hiring a PTE & IELTS Trainer to own outcomes for a portfolio of candidates preparing for two of the world's most widely accepted English proficiency exams. This is a high ownership role for someone who treats every candidates's score like it is the only thing that matters.

What You Will Own

Deliver best-in-class classroom and online instruction across PTE and IELTS (Academic & General), covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Design structured, data informed lesson plans and continuously iterate based on student performance
Run mock tests, score them rigorously, and deliver feedback that moves the needle, not generic notes
Own each candidate's score trajectory: track progress, diagnose gaps, and adjust strategy until the target score is hit
Stay ahead of evolving exam patterns, scoring algorithms, and AI-based asse
