Role Description This full-time, on-site 3D Artist role is based in Guwahati. The 3D Artist will create high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters that support visual narratives across film, animation, and digital projects. Daily tasks include modeling, texturing, lighting, and rigging assets, ensuring they meet project specifications and are optimized for production pipelines.



The role involves collaborating closely with directors, animators, and VFX artists to translate concepts into polished visuals, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining consistency with the project’s artistic style. The 3D Artist will also help refine workflows, stay current with industry trends, and contribute creative ideas to enhance the studio’s visual output.
Qualifications

Proficiency in 3D content creation tools such as Blender and familiarity with standard 3D production workflows.
Strong 3D modeling skills for characters, props, and environments, with attention to form, detail, and topology.
Experience in texturing and lighting, including creating realistic or stylized materials and setting up visually cohesive scenes.
Rigging capabilities to prepare characters and objects for animation, ensuring clean deformations and efficient controls.
