Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer role based in Chennai. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building and infrastructure projects,



ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and checking drawings, specifications, and calculations; coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines; and resolving technical issues during design and construction. The role involves site inspections, monitoring installation quality, supporting testing and commissioning activities, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The engineer will also assist in value engineering, cost estimation related to building services, and continuous improvement of MEP design and coordination processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services skills for integrated building systems design and implementation.
