Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



responsible for driving franchise expansion across The Catalyst Group’s portfolio of brands. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process from initial inquiry to agreement closure. The Franchise Sales Manager will maintain a robust sales pipeline, conduct market and territory analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to align franchise offerings, financial models, and support structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to leads, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing ongoing relationship management to franchise partners to support performance and brand consistency. The role also includes preparing reports and forecasts, attending events or roadshows as needed, and contributing feedback to refine franchise strategies and market
