Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support for Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete) applications while meeting client-defined SLAs.
Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and timely issue resolution.
Analyze application logs and system data to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with quick turnaround times.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective solutions.




Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues between BY WMS and upstream/downstream systems.
Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and support for system enhancements, patches, and fixes.
Monitor application performance and proactively address system-related issues.
Deploy Blue Yonder-provided patches and support system maintenance activities.
Perform system data backup and recovery activities as required.
Support customer product-related queries and provide resolution guidance.
Guide support teams and business users, and conduct super-user training sessions whenever required.
Work independently on support and enhancement activities with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
Required Skills & Experience
8-12 years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete), preferably on versions 2020 and above.
Robust functional and technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS.
