Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in West Delhi. The Travel Consultant will handle end-to-end group travel inquiries, including assessing client needs, suggesting suitable flight options,



and preparing competitive fare proposals across multiple airlines. Daily responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, updating booking details, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international group trips. The role involves regular communication with clients and airline partners, providing timely responses, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Travel Consultant will also support fare negotiations, monitor booking status, and contribute to improving internal processes and travel solutions.
Qualifications
