Job Description Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.
n We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in the defined territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics sales, the international freight forwarding industry and a proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Identify, scope, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory that align with the company's service offerings.
n Retain and grow revenue from existing clients through deep selling, cross-selling, and value-added service offerings.
n Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current customers to understand their logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
n Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that meet client objectives.
n Build and maintain long-term,



trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
n Collaborate with internal teams—product, operations, and finance—to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
n Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify current business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
n Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets related to customer acquisition, volume growth, revenue, and gross profit.
n Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system and adherence to sales processes and organizational policies.
