About the role
You will own Nap Chief's entire marketplace business: revenue and profitability across every platform, the catalogue on each, pricing and event strategy, platform advertising, inventory sell-through, and platform relationships. The mandate is to grow marketplace revenue while keeping contribution margin (CM2) intact growth that loses money at the SKU level does not count.

Responsibilities
P&L; ownership per platform:
Own revenue and CM2 targets for each marketplace: Myntra, FirstCry, Amazon,



and any platform we operate on.
Maintain SKU-level P&L; visibility: selling price, discounts, platform commissions and fees, returns, ad spend, and resulting contribution margin — per platform, per month.
Report weekly on platform performance, drivers, and actions in the business review.

Catalog and content:
Own listing quality on every platform: product titles, descriptions, keywords, imagery, size charts, and A+/enhanced content where available.
Own catalog completeness and hygiene: new products listed on time, correct attribution, active selection maximized, and ratings/reviews monitored with corrective action on recurring complaints.

Pricing, discounting, and events:
Own platform-level pricing and discount strategy, including price parity decisions across channels.
Own sale-event participation decisions — Myntra EORS, Amazon sale events, FirstCry sales, and category-level promotions — evaluated with margin math bef
