Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of SME clients, identifying new business opportunities,



and driving loan and finance product sales in line with company targets. Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their financing needs, structuring suitable solutions, and coordinating with internal credit and operations teams for seamless execution. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and local business ecosystems to refine sales strategies and improve customer acquisition and retention. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor a small sales team, ensure adherence to compliance and risk guidelines, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
