Role Description The Customer Care Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. The representative will log and track cases, follow up on open requests, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when needed. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records,
