Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Data Analytics to help build and scale our analytics capabilities across Product, Marketing/CRM, Business Operations, and Finance.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strong analytical and technical depth with business understanding and team leadership. You will work closely with the Director of Analytics and cross-functional leaders to strengthen our data foundation, build scalable analytics solutions, and convert complex data into actionable business decisions.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with SQL and data models, reviewing dashboards and analytical frameworks, managing analysts, and partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities
Business & Product Analytics
Own analytical problem-solving for key business areas and translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis.
Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to identify opportunities for growth, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency.




Build analytical frameworks for understanding user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization.
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, and root causes behind business performance.
Define and track business and product KPIs, ensuring teams have a consistent understanding of performance.
Translate complex analyses into explicit recommendations and actionable insights for leadership.
BI & Self-Service Analytics
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for business and leadership teams.
Drive adoption of self-service analytics and reduce dependency on repetitive ad-hoc analysis.
Develop standardized datasets, metrics, and reporting views that can be reused across teams.
Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, actionable, easy to understand, and aligned with business priorities.
