nUDS Architects LLP is a forward-thinking architecture and interior design firm working across high-end villas, residential developments, 5-star hotels, hospitals, and educational projects.
nWe are looking for a highly reliable, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant to work closely with our Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up skills, robust communication abilities, and the confidence to coordinate across teams and act as the MD's voice when required.

nOne Lodha Place, Lower Parel, Mumbai
nWorking Days & Timing
nMonday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
nOnly the 4th Saturday is off.
nThe business operates 24x7, so the EA must be comfortable remaining reachable by call/WhatsApp outside office hours and on weekends for time-sensitive matters.
nExperience
n3–6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator supporting senior leadership such as an MD, CEO, or Founder.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the MD's calendar, emails, meetings, and daily prioritiesn
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely follow-ups until closuren
- Track deadlines, commitments, and deliverables through structured trackersn
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communicationsn
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholdersn
- Conduct online research and prepare reports, comparisons, and trackersn
- Attend meetings, take live notes, and prepare clear MOMs with action items, owners, and deadlinesn
- Handle business and personal/household coordination for the MD, including travel, appointments, vendors, shopping, dining, and social bookingsn
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding client information, project costs, vendor rates, internal matters, and the MD's personal informationn
