Role Description: The Operations Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bangalore. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational processes on the PR tech platform, ensuring smooth campaign execution and timely delivery of services to clients and media partners. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitoring campaign performance, managing data and documentation, and identifying operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency. The Operations Executive will support workflow planning, maintain quality standards, and contribute to process optimization and reporting. The role also requires handling queries, tracking SLAs, and assisting with implementation of new operational tools and best practices.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to manage workflows, coordinate processes, and ensure service delivery.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.




Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with clients, media partners, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in PR, media, or digital platforms, along with familiarity with CRM or workflow tools, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis; prior experience in an operations or coordination role is an advantage.

Must have:
Experience in media/PR/Advertisement industry
Graduation in Mass Communication/Journalism
Knowledge of print-media/Publications
Familiarity with Local Language is a Plus
