Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and site activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation activities at site.
Coordinate and monitor electrical cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing.
Supervise installation of electrical equipment, panels, MCCs, switchboards, lighting systems, and earthing systems.
Supervise instrumentation installation, tubing, cable routing, termination, calibration, and testing.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
Coordinate cable tray installation, conduit works, junction boxes,



and instrument installation.
Monitor installation and termination of control, power, and instrumentation cables.
Supervise testing and commissioning activities, including continuity, insulation resistance, loop checking, and functional testing.
Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, engineering, commissioning, and other site teams.
Ensure all activities are carried out according to approved method statements, ITPs, drawings, and project specifications.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Marine, Offshore, or EPCC projects is preferred.
Solid knowledge of electrical and instrumentation installation and testing.
