Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Jamshedpur. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, including supervising team members, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring that packaging projects meet quality, cost, and deadline requirements. The role involves collaborating with design, production, and sales teams to address client needs, resolve operational issues, and improve processes.



The Assistant Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare routine reports, and assist in implementing best practices for efficiency and customer service. This position also requires participating in client meetings as needed and maintaining clear communication across departments.
Qualifications

Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects, timelines, and team activities.
Operational management abilities, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and basic process improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or packaging operations and quality standards is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with using business software tools.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making with clear, fact-based insights
