Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting employees across the organization. Key activities include administering HR policies, overseeing employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related information. The role also involves assisting with recruitment, scheduling interviews, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, requiring close collaboration with leadership and staff to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
