Role Description The Airports/Air Cargo/Ground Staff role at Fronix Services is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves assisting passengers and cargo clients at airport terminals, including check-in, baggage handling, documentation, and coordination with airline and cargo operations teams. Ground staff members support boarding and arrival processes, ensure compliance with safety and security procedures, and provide clear,



courteous information to travelers and clients. Daily responsibilities also include using computer systems for data entry, tracking cargo, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure smooth airport operations and a consistent, customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
