Role Description This is a full time, on-site Management Faculty role based in Chennai. The Management Faculty member will design, deliver, and continuously refine management-related courses and training modules for learners preparing for roles in the tech and business sectors.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring students, developing curricula and teaching materials, and integrating real-world case studies into lessons. The role also involves assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure academic rigor and industry relevance. In addition, the faculty member may participate in research and outreach activities that support FACE Prep’s educational initiatives and brand presence.
