Role Description This is a full time, on-site Injection Molding Operator role based in Changsari, Assam. The Injection Molding Operator will set up, start, monitor, and adjust injection molding machines to ensure efficient production of plastic furniture components. Responsibilities include loading materials, checking molds, performing routine machine checks, and recording production data. The role involves inspecting finished parts for defects, following quality standards,



and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve issues. The operator will also clean work areas, follow safety and housekeeping guidelines, and support continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
Strong machine operation skills, including experience with Injection Molding and related plastic molding processes.
Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection and measurement checks to ensure product consistency.
Familiarity with handling injections and mold changes, including safe material loading and mold setup procedures.
Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance on machines to reduce downtime and maintain safe operations.
Attention to detail, ability to follow standard operating procedures, and commitment to workplace safety.
Prior experience in manufacturing or plastics production is preferred; vocational or technical training is an advant
