Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify and acquire new property owners and strategic partners,



build and maintain strong relationships, and present JadeCaps’ solutions across StayJade, RedOlive, and Jade PMS. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting meetings and demos, negotiating and closing contracts, and collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and performance of new accounts. The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking sales metrics, and providing feedback to product and leadership teams to refine offerings and growth strategies. The Business Development Manager will represent JadeCaps at industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
