Role Description The Sales Staff role is a full-time, in office position based in Goregaon. The person in this role will engage with prospective buyers, present project features, conduct site visits, and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Meghna Realty’s projects, preparing and sharing sales proposals, following up with leads,



and supporting clients through the booking and closing process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure accurate information and seamless client experiences. The Sales Staff will be responsible for meeting sales targets, updating sales records, and contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly.
Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience with lead management, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and market trends, preferably in Mumbai or Goregaon.
Proficiency in using office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is an
