Role Description The Sales Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the residential real estate segment. This role involves setting and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, guiding the team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closure of sales for Urbanrise projects. The Sales Team Leader will conduct regular coaching sessions, accompany team members on site visits when needed, and ensure a consistent,



customer-centric approach. The role includes tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs. The Sales Team Leader is expected to uphold Urbanrise’s values, foster a collaborative team culture, and maintain high standards of professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential real estate sales leadership, with the ability to guide and motivate a team to meet and exceed targets.
Solid skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM or similar tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and effectively influence decisions.
