(10-15 years of implementation) experience preferably worked on S4H projects (on-prem, rise migrations. They need for robust FI (hands on expertise, integration skills, and familiarity with custom SAP enhancements, with expectations for KPMG to provide talent capable of supporting both foundational and advanced SAP functions. They emphasized the importance of hiring individuals with robust FI knowledge, including ledgers, currencies, cost elements, fixed asset accounting, AP/ AR, and contract accounts, as well as upskilling in FICA, which is essential for survival in their environment. Integration and Customization Skills: Candidates must possess strong integration, customization, and enhancement skills, understanding both standard SAP and the 'Z world' of custom solutions, to address complex organizational needs and connect various system layers
