Role Description This full-time, in office role, based in Pune, involves guiding faculty and research teams, facilitating collaborations with industry and academic partners, and ensuring alignment with institutional priorities. Provide strategic leadership for the University’s Research & Development activities. Coordinate and oversee Ph.D.



programmes and research-related academic processes. Facilitate Ph.D. scholar allocation to recognized Research Supervisors as per University regulations. Monitor the research progress of Ph.D. scholars through periodic reviews. Promote funded research, quality publications, patents, innovation and collaborations. Strengthen research quality, governance and the University’s research ecosystem.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized and reputed institution.
Professor-level academic with substantial teaching, research and leadership experience.
Strong research credentials in quality publications, funded projects, patents/innovations and research supervision.
Experience in Ph.D. programme coordination and research administration preferred.
