Role Description The Digital Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving online sales growth and market expansion for Shakoflex’s digital and e-commerce channels. This role includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key digital accounts, and building long-term relationships with customers and partners. The manager will analyze market trends and customer data, optimize the performance of the e-commerce store, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to design and execute digital sales campaigns. Daily activities involve prospecting and lead generation, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance metrics to meet revenue and growth targets. The role also requires regular reporting to leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and brand positioning in global markets.
