About Data Hatch
Data Hatch builds and deploys production data and AI systems end-to-end for complex and regulated organisations: insurance, healthcare, industrial automation, logistics and security. We design data platforms with proper governance and auditability, build models and AI agents that automate real processes like claims, underwriting and quality inspection, then operationalise everything with monitoring, runbooks and documentation, and hand it over so the client's own team can run it.

ESA Automation:



on-device computer vision with liveness anti-spoof, replacing shared passwords for machine access on the factory floor. Zero cloud calls.

The role
This is our first dedicated sales hire. You will own top-of-funnel from scratch: the target list, the sequences, the calls, the messaging that actually gets a reply. You will build the outbound motion that everyone who comes after you inherits.

You will:
Prospect into insurance, healthcare, industrial automation, logistics and security accounts across the UK & Ireland and North America
Run outbound across phone, email and LinkedIn, with real cold calling as the backbone. This is a phone-first role.
Hold credible discovery conversations about data maturity, existing AI pilots, and where manual process is quietly costing them
Book qualified diagnostic calls with our partners, and brief them properly beforehand
Build and own the ICP
