Role Overview
We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to manage and convert prospective student enquiries from international markets. The role requires a strong communicator who can understand a prospect's skilled and academic objectives, clearly articulate the value of Heisenberg Institute's programs, and guide prospective students through the admissions journey.

The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with senior professionals and international prospects, highly articulate in English, commercially aware, and capable of conducting structured counselling conversations rather than simply following a sales script.





Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries from prospective students across international markets.
Conduct one-to-one counselling calls with prospective students through phone, video and other communication channels.
Understand each prospect's professional background, career objectives, learning requirements and motivations.
Recommend appropriate Heisenberg Institute programs based on the prospect's profile and objectives.
Explain program structure, curriculum, faculty, learning methodology, outcomes, admissions requirements and fees accurately.
Communicate the Institute's positioning, academic credibility and applied approach to AI and emerging technologies.
Engage with senior professionals, technology leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and other experienced international prospects.
Follow up systematically with prospects throughout the admissions cycle.
