Role Description The Plant Head – Commercial RMC Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Plant Head oversees daily plant operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of concrete.



The role includes monitoring quality parameters, ensuring adherence to IS standards, and collaborating with technical staff to optimize mix designs and production efficiency. The Plant Head manages commercial aspects such as budgeting, cost control, and supporting customer relationships with builders and contractors. This position also involves leading plant teams, enforcing safety and compliance practices, and preparing operational reports for management.
Qualifications
Robust experience in RMC or cement plant operations, including production planning, process optimization, and resource management.
Proficiency in commercial and operational controls, such as budgeting, cost management, and basic financial reporting.
Knowledge of quality assurance practices in concrete manufacturing, including compliance with Indian Standards (IS) and mix design principles.
