Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating franchise opportunities, managing the franchise sales pipeline, and driving expansion in target markets. The Franchise Development Manager will handle lead generation, conduct business planning discussions with prospective franchise partners, and oversee the end-to-end franchising process from initial inquiry to agreement signing. Day-to-day tasks include meeting and pitching to potential franchisees,



coordinating training and onboarding for new partners, monitoring franchise performance, and working closely with internal teams to align operational and brand standards. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with franchisees, addressing their business needs, and providing ongoing guidance to support sustainable growth.
