Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Korba at Steag energy services private limited, Balco. The candidate will support day-to-day plant operations, which may include monitoring equipment performance, assisting with routine inspections, and coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable and safe functioning of systems. Responsibilities can involve collecting and documenting operational data, preparing basic technical or status reports,



and following standard operating procedures and safety protocols. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and colleagues on workflow planning, participating in safety and compliance activities, and responding to operational issues or maintenance needs as directed.
Qualifications

Technical understanding of power plant, industrial, or engineering operations, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Basic skills in data collection, documentation, and report writing to support daily operations and maintenance activities.
Solid teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and other site personnel.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, industrial trades, or a related technical field;
