We’re looking for someone to help shape how TSE is seen, understood and experienced online.-
The Role
This is a role for someone who thinks about content beyond the post.
You’ll work at the intersection of *storytelling, culture, content and brand*. Your job is to find ideas worth telling, understand why they will resonate, and turn them into work that people want to spend time with.
You’ll own TSE’s social content and calendar, working closely with the founders on the direction of the brand while bringing your own creative judgement to what we make and how we show up.
We’re interested in the person who notices the detail others miss. Who can find humour, emotion or meaning in an ordinary moment. Who understands that a strong piece of content can make someone feel something about a brand long before they ever become a customer.
What the work involves
- Developing ideas and stories for TSE across reels, carousels, stories and other social formats.




- Finding the strongest narrative in a piece of content and shaping it for an audience.
- Writing scripts and social copy.
- Editing and producing content to bring an idea to life.
- Helping evolve TSE’s visual language, tone and personality as the brand grows.
- Owning the content calendar and taking ideas through to execution.
- Paying attention to culture, conversation and how people are consuming content, and knowing when there is something relevant for TSE to say.
- Using audience response and performance to sharpen creative decisions.
