Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads related to UG and PG programs.
Connect with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




Understand students' academic background, career goals, and course preferences.
Provide appropriate information and guidance about relevant UG/PG programs.
Follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
Continuously improve sales and counselling skills through training and feedback.
